Four years of blogging has led to an impressive list of recipes!  One thing is for sure, athletes love to eat!  Food is fuel – choose from one of the Sprenkel Approved recipes below for your next meal.

Sprenkel Tested and Reviewed Recipes – This new section of recipes are tested and reviewed by me for simplicity, price, tastiness and time.  I put my own spin in sometimes changing ingredients but for the most part stick to the recipe as is.

These recipes are not reviewed specifically and are just a collection of my favorite healthy meals over time.
